Such as weddings, birthday parties, company events, concerts, and many more. Our main feature is to concept events through the use of technology media. Some of our specialties are, we personalized our styling just for you so no one will ever have the event like yours, we provide online consultation for event styling so it will be a lot more convenient, and last we integrate all of the event aesthetic elements so it won’t crash.
Deskripsi Proyek TA : This project is a booth design with 4 booth layouts, namely: 3×6 In-Line Booth, 3×6 Penninsula, 6×6 Island, 6×6 Split Island. The total design area is 108m2. The project itself is planned to be used for the Bridestory Market at ICE BSD Jakarta.
The concept used in this exhibition booth is Mystical Forest. A place in which many magical things happens. Mystical Forest is taken to illustrate that the event that will be done by Phantasia can be fun and full of magic for clients. 2 symbols can be taken, namely butterfly and forest. Butterflies symbolize the process of human life, a symbol of life’s attainment. The forest symbolizes: Adventure, Looking for the meaning of life. The two symbols above can represent several brand values ??that are owned by Phantasia Event Stylist. In life, there is a certain checkpoint that we will pass. The event celebrated at this checkpoint is also a symbol of another achievement in life. Phantasia Event Stylist wants to contribute to making every checkpoint passed memorable, beautiful, and pleasant.
The technologies that will be used in the design of this wedding styling event are LED screens and Kinetic Lights. LED Screen will be used as the main installation that can attract attention. And kinetic lights will be used around the installation. Technology is used to represent the brand value of Phantasia which can be seen directly by the client.
This project is an event styling project for a wedding at the Tentrem Ballroom Hotel in Yogyakarta. Tentrem Hotel ballroom itself has a classic design with a touch of traditional aspects. The area designed is 27m x 46.3m and ceiling height is 13m with a total area of ??1250.1 m2. The total number of guests is as many as 408 for regular guests and 18 VIP guests.
The concept used in designing this wedding styling is On Cloud Nine. An English idiom which means very happy. On Cloud Nine was taken to illustrate that this marriage is something that makes the bride and groom very happy, and feels that they are in the highest sky. Personal aspects of this design, obtained from the client’s story that is combined with the design concept. The concept of On Cloud Nine is symbolized by two symbols, namely pigeons and clouds. These two symbols can also represent several stories that are owned by the client. Clouds can be a symbol that although sometimes the conditions change and many changes occur, but someone faithful (symbolized by pigeons) can help us through these changes. Like clients’ love stories that start from Valentine’s Day, pigeons also choose their partners on Valentine’s Day.
In the On Cloud Nine concept, technologies are also used to help shape the desired ambience, which consists of LED Screen, Projection Mapping, and Kinetic Lights. Other technologies such as lighting and special effects (dry ice, fireworks) are also used.
