A concept which in line with Santai Café & Lounge that offers local delicacies, local goods, and curated art and craft, all in ethnic Indonesian style. The site also overlooking the North and South direction, where the wind naturally blows to its side, giving the upper building a comfort feels. In Javanese House methodology, this direction of a building is an ideal one. Javanese House’s layout and arrangement also applied and modified, giving it a good circulation amid the room’s requirements. The familiar and feels like home Javanese style compiled with a contemporary touch so it’ll be relevant to the market’s taste and on-going trends. Using earth tone and natural materials dominated by brown as it is usually applied in Griya Jawa. A bold line façade chose to represent its contemporary style.
