By combining those with modern style, hopefully, designs that created can connect to the current architecture and lifestyles. And this is also applied to the distribution of zoning which will lead to the layout of buildings as well as the interior and ambiance of the building.

By using a modern Balinese architecture approach, the building layout design uses the philosophy of Balinese architecture. And the main building whose function is to accommodate the visitors inspired by the Balinese traditional building called Jineng for the exterior facade and also combined with modern architecture and structure. The circulation patterns use a radial pattern. This is designed so that visitors who come aren’t too compartmentalized and feel freer to access every area and buildings on the site.

And for the impression of space is created through visuals, that are created by the use of local accessories and local or natural materials, such as red bricks, rock, bamboo, wood, and others. For the lighting and air circulation, each building is connected to the surrounding natural environment, which provides access to natural lighting, wind flow, water sounds, bird sounds, etc. And that also can be possible to flow freely in every building on the site area.
