Deskripsi Proyek TA : Jubilee is a restaurant and souvenir shop designed by RK Architecture Interior Consultant located in Malang, Indonesia.  This building consist of two floors, where souvenir shop located on the first floor and restaurant located on the second floor. Designer applying modern industrial concept combined with parametric design which will differentiate this building from another industrial building. By applying parametric design, designer tried to make this building stand out from the surrounding building so people can easily notice this building and attracted to.

This building layout follow the shape of the site which is shaped like the T letter in order to maximized the designed area. In the first floor, there are parking area, souvenir shop, warehouse, and service area. While on the second floor, there are restaurant, kitchen, warehouse, office, and service area. This layout settings will make customer easier to identify and decide which way to go either to the souvenir shop or to the restaurant. In the other hand, this layout also makes employee able to transport things more efficient.

Parametric design in this building applied in the second skin which contribute to reduce the amount of heat causes by sun. this parametric second skin also facing the front of the building in order to attract people. In the interior design, parametric applied in form of parametric ceiling and parametric bench. this application of parametric is expected to differentiate this design from another industrial design and also become the way for designer to introduce parametric design to society.
