Deskripsi Bisnis : PCH Architect is an architectural and interior consultant based on Surabaya, which was established in 2020. In the design process, PCH Architect carries a healing architecture approach. Healing architecture is an architectural design approach that allows users to feel the effects of recovery and relaxation by paying attention to three aspects of design, namely nature, human senses, and psychology. So, the building users can feel more comfortable and relaxed, considering the life of modern society today required to continue to develop following the changing times and advancing technology.
Deskripsi TA : The Grand Moili Resort where located at Uso, Banggai Regency, Central Sulawesi, is a design project with healing architecture approach. Healing architecture is deliberately chosen to facilitate community needs related to tourist attractions that can reduce stress levels and provide comfort for visitors and resort owners. In more detail related to the healing architecture, healing architecture is a design approach that pays attention to three aspects, namely mature, human senses, and psychology. Nature is realized through the application of a garden with a restorative garden type, aspects of the human senses are realized through designs that are able to spoil the human senses, such as the senses of sight, smell, hearing, etc. The psychological aspect is realized through the application of organization and circulation of space that makes it easier for building users to know the surrounding conditions and are easily accessible. With the fulfillment of these three aspects, it is expected to reduce stress levels and provide comfort for building users. In managing the organization of space on a site that is elongated and consists of three types of users, circulation centered on two points is deliberately chosen to break up the crowd and give a spacious and comfortable impression for space users. Therefore, the building users do not feel cramped even though the intensity of the users is quite a lot.
