Deskripsi Bisnis : PT Studio is a sustainable interior architecture consultant based in Surabaya. This business is based on problems like climate change caused by excessive energy use, inequality of decreasing economic income, and increasing cost of living especially water and electricity bills. There are also government regulations to create a sustainability report for companies as a form of the business impact for sustainable factors. From those problems, PT Studio has some solutions such as involving local materials suppliers to help the local economy and reducing carbon footprint. PT Studio also optimizing natural lighting and natural ventilation as an implementation of energy efficiency.

Deskripsi TA : This priject is D’Zoor Cafe and mini-resort building located in Pantai Pede, Labuan Bajo. There are clients’ briefs such as bakery area equipped with a display area and a dining area for guests. There is also a resort with 12 rooms capacities and a service building equipped with offices. The concept of this project is viability Bajo which based on the development in this area. Viability has a definition, namely how to do it to survive in the long term in a change that occurs. In this case, there are some solutions such as optimizing the available resources and reduce dependence on imported resources. This is realized by using local materials as the main material in this building such as natural stone and wood which also withstand long-term coastal climates. This project also invites locals such as wood craftsmen and tenun ikat songke fabric makers as a way to help the local economy and introduce local culture along with the location as a tourist destination. This building also optimized energy efficiency by using open walls, secondary skin, and green wall. This system optimizing natural lighting and ventilation which can reduce artificial energy. This building has a multi-mass shape and has several open areas as green areas. The building itself is divided into four main, area, cafe and bakery as the main mass, the service area, the resort public area, and the resort room area.
