Deskripsi TA : Marketing Gallery and Clubhouse Citraland Puncak Tidar Malang build to provides the company’s operational activities needs and also serves as a public facility for the residents of Citraland Puncak Tidar. With the “Serenity at the Hill” concept, Citraland Puncak Tidar strives to realize the concept of serenity in its built environment.

The principles of health and wellbeing can be applied in designing acoustic comfort, individual control, lighting comfort, designing furniture to maintain physical well-being, and designing layouts and vegetation to maintain physical, psychological, and social well-being.

Walss and floors use low VOC materials and are certified to be highly resistant to weather and climate. A neutral color such as white is used on the wall with decorative accents added in the form of decorative textured paint in light green color and an artificial vertical garden. Th application of an artificial vertical garden in several spots increase the connetivity between the indoor space and the natural environment outside the building. The furniture used at several points was made by the applicable Covid-19 protocol but still meets the interactions between users. The is the use of furniture that stimulates the user’s physical activity, such as a treadmill equipped with a table and standing table on the LG1 and LG2 floors placed near the window overlooking the clubhouse so that this zone is suitable for use while relaxing. The furniture used in the clubhouse sitting area is furniture that in terms of shape and placement can accommodate or stimulate social activities.
