Considering the area of the site is located in tropical area, this building concept is to optimized the sites condition by reducing the sun’s heat and also maximize the wind that enters the building. The style of interior and exterior is based on natural-modern theme with neutral-warm color palettes applies that has a contemporary style shaped to suits the market’s survey desires. Furthermore, Lau Studio as the designer of Spot On Pet Boutique create more value by adding the interactive furniture into every space in the building, so the pets owner and their pets can enjoy doing activities inside the building.
