J-C Studio is a Surabaya-based architectural and interior consultant firm that offers services from architectural planning to construction in residential, commercial, hospitality, institutional, and masterplan segments.

Deskripsi TA : The background of the Covid-19 pandemic, which has no known end, prevents people from exercising because of a fitness center or fitness center with a closed building concept, which creates public fear due to the concentration of the Covid 19 virus that continues to rotate, thereby increasing the potential for Covid-19 virus transmission. Nevertheless, people must continue to exercise in order to strengthen their bodies’ immunity to Covid-19. To address the aforementioned issues, the following project is a fitness center with the first open building concept in Malang City, which maximizes the use of the local environmental climate and designs based on the behavior and habits of users to prevent the transmission of the Covid 19 virus, allowing it to be used safely during the pandemic period. The site, which is oriented to the west and measures 25x50meters, is located on a plateau Malang City and is unique in that it has a view surrounded by three big mountains. To prevent the spread of Covid-19 , the building is designed with a multi-mass building application, with rooms divided according to the type of activity, both vertically and horizontally, and an open building concept that takes advantage of the local environmental climate, such as natural ventilation and lighting.
