The name O…IA has its own meaning which is to always say yes or yes to the wishes and needs of clients. Even though it has a motto of always saying yes to clients, we will still design and design according to the wishes, needs, habits, activities, and behavior and routines of the clients. It will provide professional and reliable and efficient design services and make it easy for clients to consult planning to project completion and invite clients to design projects.

Deskripsi TA : The project being carried out is the design of a cafe with an industrial design concept using the inspirational theme of the Phinisi Ship. Cafe Phinisi uses the concept of an open area using a design behavior design approach. Cafe Phinisi consists of two floors and two areas, namely a public area and a private area. The first floor consists of a parking lot for cars and motorbikes. On the first floor there is an outdoor area, lobby, and waiting area consisting of a cashier and receptionist and a VIP room beside it. On the first floor there is also an indoor cafe area which includes a live music area, a large garden, a small garden, a bar, fish pond and bathroom for visitors as well as access stairs to the second floor of the cafe. In the area behind the site on the first floor, there is a service area consisting of employee parking, kitchen, office, locker room, warehouse, and staff toilets. Th concept of the application of the style character and atmosphere of the space in the cafe design is using and industrial style.
