The goals that De Luxe aiming is for are luxury and lively designs, we use these two pillars because of the needs and desires of today’s era, provide a value design that has an element of luxury, in accordance with the times and gives an impression that people can feels alive inside, by every elements of the design.
Deskripsi TA : The final project design is, the residential hotel design project located in Bali, precisely in Badung district, the client of the final project is PT. Jimbaran Sukses Makmur.
The design concept for this residential hotel is approach design behavior that focuses on tourist behavior patterns, because the project location is in Bali which is the focus of visits by both domestic and foreign tourists, and there is an outdoor space that functions as an outdoor wedding venue, so that the approach of design behavior is suitable to be applied in a final design project, which involves many behavioral patters from tourists, especially in Bali.
The uniqueness of the design concept applied to the residential hotel design project during this pandemic is staycation with approach of design behavior, which combines tourist behaviour patterns with staycation trends. So that the concept design given is in the for of a concept on the landscape, and facilities inside the building.
The design concept for the landscape is to provide a swimming pool and outdoor lounge that visitors can use to spend their staycation time. For the design concept of building facilities, in each room there is a kitchen that can support the staycation needs of visitors in terms of coking or making a food and beverage creation, and for public facilities there is a fitness center, spa, and massage, kids play area, lobby, and restaurant which are each can fulfill the needs of the staycation for the visitors.
